About

Who is behind the messages

Veyra writes in your name, from your domain, to people you want as clients. Before you let any software do that, you are entitled to know who built it and where it runs.

Why Veyra exists

Pipeline should not depend on heroics.

Every business that sells to other businesses runs into the same wall. The product works, the people are good, and growth still depends on whether somebody found the time this week to research a list, write the messages and chase the ones who did not answer. That work is unglamorous, easy to postpone, and the first thing to disappear when a deal heats up. So pipeline arrives in bursts, and the quiet months are the ones nobody was doing it.

Veyra exists to make that part stop depending on heroics. Not a sequencer that presses send on a list you built, and not a generic robot voice bolted onto a database. One worker that sweeps your market, decides who is worth the message, writes it the way you would write it, follows up until the reply lands, and books the meeting. You set the playbook, it does the reps.

That is also why the product is built the way it is. An AI that speaks in your name has one job before all others: never embarrass you. Everything from inbox warm-up to review mode exists because of that single constraint.

How we work

Four decisions that shape everything else.

We say when it is not a fit

The demo is a fit check in both directions. If Veyra is wrong for your market, you hear it from us in the twenty minutes, not after three months of subscription.

Deliverability before volume

Inboxes warmed before anyone is contacted, addresses verified, sends paced like a person writing, reputation watched so sending pauses on its own. Volume without that is just borrowing against your domain.

Follow-ups are the product

The first message rarely gets the meeting. Follow-ups run on schedule, in context, until the reply lands, and stop the moment someone answers. They are a first-class feature, not a checkbox.

Control is a dial

You define the ideal customer profile and give the voice examples per channel. Review mode is there when you want eyes on a batch, per channel, with a full audit trail. Nobody has to approve their way through a workday.

Built in the EU

Where it runs is part of the product.

Veyra is built and hosted in the EU, and that is a decision rather than a detail. The buyers we serve answer to regulators, and a tool that reaches people on their behalf has to be defensible when someone asks how it works.

In practice it means GDPR-aware processing from the first scan, business data only with no profiling of anyone's personal life, and opt-outs honored everywhere the moment they arrive. Your pipeline data stays yours: never resold, never pooled into someone else's model.

The full detail lives in the legal pages, which name every sub-processor rather than describing them in the abstract.

How we answer

A small team, and email that gets answered.

Support is email, and it reaches the people who build the product rather than a queue in front of them. Solo is answered within 48 hours and Team within 24. There is no phone tree, no ticket portal and no tier one reading from a script, because at our size that would be theatre.

We are deliberately quiet about who we are as individuals, and deliberately specific about the company you are contracting with, where it is, and where your data sits. Those are the facts that matter when a tool sends mail in your name, and they are below.

Company details

The entity you contract with.

These are the facts a buyer, a bank and a regulator all ask for, and the ones the footer, the legal pages and every invoice agree with. Veyra is operated by JMSystems, from Marco de Canaveses, on hardware we own rather than rented capacity in a region we do not control. The one copy that leaves the building is an encrypted backup, held in an EU region so a failure here cannot take your data with it.

Meet the people, not a sequence
