The basics

What is an AI SDR?

An AI SDR does the job of a sales development rep in software: it finds companies that match your ideal customer profile, decides which of them are worth contacting, writes and sends the first message, runs the follow-ups, and hands over the replies. Veyra is an AI SDR. It sweeps your market continuously, scores every candidate on fit, intent and reachability with the evidence attached, writes on email and WhatsApp in your voice, chases the follow-up most teams drop, and books meetings straight onto your calendar. You define the ideal customer profile and give voice examples per channel. Veyra runs inside those rules, and you take the meetings.

Does Veyra replace my sales team?

Veyra replaces the prospecting hours, not the people who close. It does the reps nobody enjoys: building the list, checking who is actually worth a message, writing the opener, and chasing the follow-up that gets dropped in a busy week. What lands on your side is a calendar with qualified conversations on it and the reasoning behind every one. The judgement stays yours: who your ideal customer is, how you talk, which deals to push. Every plan comes with unlimited seats, so the team you already have keeps working the way it works and simply stops spending mornings on lists.

How long does it take to set Veyra up?

Setting Veyra up is a short onboarding, not an implementation project. You connect your inbox, define the ideal customer profile, and give a few example messages per channel so the writing lands in your register. The ICP builder can draft that profile from a handful of answers if you would rather start from something than from a blank page. While that happens, warm-up runs on the accounts you will send from: reputation is built gradually with realistic traffic, and Veyra tells you the day an inbox or number is safe to use in campaigns. Your first market sweep lands in days.

How fast until the first meetings?

The first market sweep lands within days of setup, and outreach starts as soon as the sending accounts are warm. How quickly that becomes booked meetings depends on your market, your offer and how many buyers are in a position to move right now, which is why nobody honest quotes you a number in week one. Follow-ups are where most of the meetings come from, and those run for weeks by design rather than stopping after one ignored email. In the demo we will tell you plainly what to expect from your market before you commit to anything.

Domain safety and deliverability

Will sending with Veyra hurt my domain reputation?

Veyra is engineered to protect the domain it sends from, because the domain is the asset the whole motion depends on. Before a single prospect is contacted, inboxes and numbers are warmed: reputation is built gradually with realistic traffic until the account is safe to use. Every address is verified before it enters the pipeline, so bounces stay low. Sends are throttled and spaced like a person writing, never blasted, and volume ramps instead of spiking. Reputation is watched continuously, and if it dips, sending pauses on its own rather than burning the domain to finish a campaign. The domain health check reads SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reputation in one pass and gives you plain-language fixes before anything goes out. Most domain damage comes from tools that blast. Veyra does not blast.

Can I use my own domain and inbox with Veyra?

Veyra sends from your accounts, not from a shared pool, so your name and your domain are on every message. Gmail connects today and WhatsApp is built in. Before the first campaign the domain health check reads your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reputation and tells you in plain language what to fix, and warm-up builds the account up until it is safe to send from. The warm-up tool is built for new domains and new numbers as well as established ones, so a separate sending domain can be brought to strength before it ever carries a campaign. Microsoft 365 and Outlook are not connected yet. That work is in build and we are aiming for early September 2026, so if your team runs on Outlook today, ask us where it stands before you buy.

How many messages does Veyra send per day?

Veyra paces sends rather than firing them in batches. Volume starts low while an inbox or number is still warming, rises as reputation holds, and is throttled and spaced through the day the way a person writes. If reputation dips, sending pauses on its own until it recovers. Plan limits are monthly and counted in qualified leads rather than raw sends: up to 200 a month on Solo and up to 800 on Team, out of a much larger contacted volume. Follow-ups to a lead already in the pipeline do not count again. There is no fixed daily ceiling to quote, because the safe number depends on the age and reputation of the account it is sending from, and Veyra holds it wherever the account can carry it.

Voice, control and quality

What if Veyra writes something wrong?

Veyra writes inside the playbook you set, so an off message is a rule worth sharpening rather than a surprise arriving in your name. You define the ideal customer profile, and you give a few example messages per channel: email stays polished, WhatsApp stays light, and drafts land in your register. Any draft can be rewritten or killed in one click. Optional review mode puts eyes on a batch before it goes, per channel, which most teams run tight in the first weeks and loosen as the results land. Every decision is kept in a full audit trail, so you can see what went out, to whom, and on what evidence.

How is Veyra different from the autonomous AI SDRs?

Veyra is an AI SDR you configure, not one that improvises in your name. The autonomous tools ship a generic robot voice, point it at a list and hope for the best. Veyra starts from a playbook you set: the ideal customer profile that decides who is worth contacting, and a few example messages per channel that teach it how you write. Inside those rules it sweeps the market, scores candidates on fit, intent and reachability with the evidence attached to the score, writes on email and WhatsApp in your register, and runs the follow-ups until a reply lands. Control stays on your side of the table: any draft can be rewritten or killed in one click, optional review mode puts eyes on a batch before it goes, and a full audit trail records every decision. The deliverability engineering sits underneath all of it, so volume never comes at the cost of your domain.

Channels and your stack

Which channels does Veyra use?

Veyra runs on email and WhatsApp today, the two channels where replies actually happen. Both are handled end to end: writing, sending, follow-ups and reply classification into interested, wants a proposal, or not now. Email is on every plan and WhatsApp comes with Team and above. WhatsApp links and QR codes turn posters, events and storefronts into conversations that feed the same pipeline as everything else, and booking pages let a reply become a slot on your calendar without the scheduling back and forth. New channels are added when they are production-grade, not when they demo well.

Does my team need to learn a new tool?

Veyra runs alongside the stack your team already has. It connects to Gmail today, WhatsApp is built in, and booked meetings land on the calendar you already keep. Lead forms and quiz funnels, booking pages, WhatsApp QR codes, the domain health check, warm-up and the ICP builder are all included with every plan, so there is nothing else to buy around it. Your team keeps replying where it always replies, and opens Veyra when it wants the pipeline numbers or wants to look at a batch before it goes out.

Which CRMs does Veyra connect to?

Veyra does not connect directly to a CRM yet. There is no live sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce today, and we would rather say so before you buy than after. What runs today is exports: replies, booked meetings and won leads come out as clean CSV or Excel files on your schedule, and all three of those CRMs import that format, so your pipeline still lands in the system your team reports from without anyone retyping it. Anything deeper is custom work rather than a plan feature. If you want a live sync into your CRM, your ERP read so Veyra skips companies you already serve and surfaces dormant accounts worth waking, a Slack or Teams alert the moment a hot reply arrives, a feed into Power BI or Looker, or every event posted to your own endpoint by webhook, our team scopes the connection with you, prices it upfront and builds it around your systems.

Compliance and your data

What happens when someone asks to stop hearing from us?

An opt-out stops everything for that contact, immediately. Veyra honors opt-outs everywhere it runs, so a request made on WhatsApp ends the email sequence too, and the follow-ups already queued for that person never go out. Follow-ups also stop on their own the moment somebody replies, so nobody is chased after answering. The exchange stays in the audit trail, which means you can show exactly when the request arrived and when sending stopped. Respecting that request costs nothing: a market sweep has no shortage of buyers who do want to hear from you.

Does Veyra work for B2C?

Veyra runs consumer markets as well as business ones, with more care. Real estate agencies, clinics, gyms and home-improvement firms run opt-in friendly WhatsApp playbooks with booking built in, so a reply can turn into an appointment in one tap. The rules for consumer outreach are stricter than for business outreach, and Veyra is built to respect them: GDPR-aware processing, opt-outs honored everywhere, and pacing that keeps a number healthy. The method is the same one B2B markets get. You describe who you sell to, Veyra maps the market, scores who is worth reaching, and opens in your voice.

See the B2C markets

Where does my data live?

Veyra is built and hosted in the EU, with GDPR-aware processing from the first scan. Your pipeline data stays yours: never resold, never pooled into somebody else's model. The sweep works on business data rather than personal-life profiling, and every score carries the evidence behind it, so you can trace why a company is in your pipeline at all. If you want that data inside your own systems, exports of leads, replies and outcomes can be built as a custom integration and delivered on the schedule you choose.

Plans and terms

How much does an AI SDR cost?

Veyra costs €199 a month for Solo and €499 a month for Team on monthly billing. Yearly billing takes 15 percent off, which works out at €169 and €424 a month. Solo covers up to 200 qualified leads a month out of a much larger contacted volume and runs email outreach. Team covers up to 800 and adds WhatsApp, reply intelligence, review mode and the audit trail. Custom starts from €990 a month and is scoped per engagement for custom volumes, multi-brand and multi-region sweeps. Every plan includes unlimited seats and every Veyra tool. One human SDR costs thousands a month before tools.

See what each plan includes

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

Monthly billing carries no minimum term and no notice period, on Solo and on Team. Cancelling stops the next charge, and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Yearly billing is the one commitment: a single payment covering twelve months that takes 15 percent off the list price and runs to the end of its term. You can move up or down a plan at any time, and if a plan is wrong for your volume we will say so before you switch rather than after. There is no free trial, because a good acquisition setup starts with warmed accounts and a sharp customer profile, not a rushed weekend. The demo shows Veyra working on your market before you pay anything.
