Built so your name is safe on it
An AI that speaks in your name has one job before all others: never embarrass you. These are not policies. They are how the product is engineered, mechanism by mechanism.

Deliverability
Your domain is an asset. Veyra treats it like one.
Most domain damage comes from tools that blast. Veyra does not blast. Four mechanisms sit between your sender reputation and the first send.
Warm-up before any prospect is contacted
New inboxes and new WhatsApp numbers are warmed with realistic traffic first. Reputation is built gradually rather than assumed, and Veyra tells you the day an account is safe to use in campaigns. The domain is checked in the same pass: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reputation, with plain-language fixes for whatever is wrong.
Addresses verified before the pipeline
Every contact is verified before the record enters the pipeline. Hard bounces are the fastest way to lose a sender score, so the addresses that would bounce never get a send.
Throttled sends, human spacing
Sends are capped and spaced the way a person writes, never released in one burst. Follow-ups run on the same clock, so a sequence never turns into a volume spike.
Continuous monitoring, automatic pause
Reputation is watched continuously across every connected account. If it dips, sending pauses on its own and waits for you. You are not asked to notice the problem first.
Control
Control is a dial, not a chore.
You set the rules once and Veyra runs inside them. Turning the dial up takes one click, and turning it back down takes the same.
The ICP is yours to define
You describe who is worth your time. Companies outside that profile are dropped during the sweep, so they are never scored, never written to and never counted against your plan.
Voice examples, set per channel
A few example messages per channel is enough. Email keeps your polished register, WhatsApp keeps the lighter one, and every draft lands inside them.
Review mode, optional and per batch
When you want eyes on a batch, review mode shows every draft with the evidence behind it, editable in place. It is a per-batch control rather than a standing task. Run it tight in the first weeks and loosen it as the results land.
Rewrite or kill in one click
Any draft can be rewritten or stopped before it goes. Nothing is queued so deep that you cannot reach it.
A full audit trail
Every decision is on file: what was swept, how it scored, what went out, what came back. When someone asks why a company was contacted, the answer already exists.
Compliance
Built in the EU, for teams that answer to regulators.
Veyra is built and hosted in the EU, and processing is GDPR-aware from the first scan rather than bolted on at the end.
GDPR-aware from the first scan
The lawful basis is settled before data is collected, not after. The sweep, the score and the send all run under the same stated purpose. The written detail lives in the privacy notice.
Business data only
Veyra works with business contact data: companies, roles, work addresses and public business signals. No personal-life profiling, and no scraping of private accounts.
Opt-outs honored everywhere, immediately
One opt-out covers every channel and every sequence, straight away. Someone who says stop on WhatsApp does not hear from you by email the following week.
Where the processing actually happens
The application, the database and the sweep run on hardware we own in Portugal. One step leaves it: the model that drafts your outreach is Anthropic's, running in the United States under standard contractual clauses, and prompts sent through the commercial API are not used to train it. We would rather you read that here than find it in the sub-processor list and wonder what else was left out.
Your data stays yours
Your pipeline is never resold, never shared with another customer, and never pooled into someone else's model. It is your commercial asset, held on your behalf.
We run Veyra on Veyra.
Every outcome figure elsewhere on this site is an illustration. These two are not. They are what Veyra books for Veyra, sending through the same sweep, the same playbook and the same deliverability engineering you would be buying, and they are floors rather than averages.
10%
of the businesses we contact reply
44%
of those replies are positive or ask to hear more
One honest qualification: we sell software to software and IT services buyers, who answer their own email and recognise the product being described. A market that buys differently will not reproduce these numbers, and anyone who quotes them at you as a forecast is overselling. Ask in the demo what the sweep actually finds in your market, and judge the tool on that instead.
Proof, not promises.
Trust is not a compliance page. When you want eyes on a batch, review mode shows every draft with its evidence, editable in place. Run it tight in the first weeks, loosen it as the results land. Your call, per channel.
See the playbookEverything above, in writing.
Engineering decisions are only half of it. The contractual half says what Veyra processes, on what basis, and what you can ask for at any time.
